We want you to love your Hardgrave & Co. brush. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns for products that have been visibly used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

International Orders
At this time, Hardgrave & Co. only ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, return shipping and duties will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.
