Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how customers may cancel orders, including any one-time purchases and any subscription or recurring purchase options that Hardgrave & Co., LLC (“Hardgrave & Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may offer now or in the future through hardgraveco.com (the “Site”).

One-Time Purchases (Standard Orders)

You may request to cancel a one-time purchase before the order has shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Returns Policy instead.

Please include your order number.

If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear.

Subscriptions or Recurring Purchase Options (If Offered)

If Hardgrave & Co., LLC offers subscriptions or recurring purchase options (for example, replenishment programs or scheduled deliveries):

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Charges already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Returns Policy.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the Site or by contacting us at support@hardgraveco.com.

Changes to Orders

Requests to modify or change an order (such as address changes or product swaps) are subject to processing status. Once an order is in fulfillment or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Refund Method

Approved cancellations and eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds to alternative payment methods.
