At Hardgrave & Co., we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with care. Below you’ll find details on how we process and ship orders.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM ET may be processed the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer:

Free U.S. Standard Shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states + U.S. territories)

International shipping is not currently available, but we plan to expand in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Hardgrave & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Hardgrave & Co. is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@hardgraveco.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll make it right.
